For the last 2 years, I’ve been trying to make changes to my food choices in order to live a healthy life. After trying multiple brands in vain, I struck gold when I stumbled upon the products of Seed and Soil. They’re one company that has managed to meet all the expectations that I’ve had in mind- good quality products, no plastic and reliable packaging + delivery.

A few products that I’d like to recommend are a) the wheat flour: excellent quality and made me enjoy a whole wheat roti after ages. b) the ragi flour: something that I’m hooked to currently and b) the oils which were super fresh.

I tried karupatti and truly it’s out of the world. Excellent quality and with roots in down south, honestly I haven’t tried a quality karupatti like the one supplied by Seed snd Soil. Melts from the second you are ready to eat!
Coconut, Groundnut oils are very good and one could smell the nuts. Ghee is the cherry on top of the cream. Superb!
